how to help my swollen feet go down?
IM 7/12 months pregnat my feet are so swollen im even having strech marks around my ankles and feet and no i dont have toxemia or preclamsia but what things can i do help them go down. They have been swollen 5 days straight they usually go down for few days and then swell right back up
If you own a foot spa then knows the time to use it, my feet were terribly swollen recently as it was so hot and for some reason my body was retaining the fluid, only too 1 x 15minute treatment, my were pretty good the next day so I didn’t bother, but yes they are still a bit swollen so will have to have another go in it, also but your feet higher than you heart and that will also helps, goodluck!
