If you are a DR,RN or Know this symptoms PLEASE HELP!!!?
I have been to the doctors twice and left without a diagnosis. They have ruled out over/underactive thyroid, high/low blood pressure, or bladder/kidney infection. Here is the problem, I have been experiencing several attacks of hot flashes where the pressure rises to my head creating a migrane that stiffens my neck and shoulder. In addition I feel dizzy, with a shortness of breath. These spells/ attacks have been occuring with more frequency since last month, yet no one has been able to tell me what's going on. At times these attacks feel somewhat like a low-blood sugar attack and resolves with a piece of candy. However these bouts leave me feeling lethargic and bedridden all day.
My backround;
I am not overweight, and had gastric bypass over 4 years ago.
I had toxemia when I was pregnant 2 years ago. Diabetes runs in my family. I am of hispanic origin.

My suggestion is to consult a neurologist. Of course you need some general background testing as well, but something is going on & you need to keep at it & find out what it is..
