Just had toxemia, and gained up to 199lbs. I’m trying to lose at least 40lbs of it in 3m, whats the best way?

I was pregnant and the doctor told me I had a miscarriage, and the tissues were still growing in me for 2 months, so I was diagnosed with toxemia, and had to get an emergency DNC. So now I'm trying to lose that weight that I gained and more, I am only 5'10". I've tried walking and taking the stairs instead of the elevator, drimking nothing but water, and not eating after 7pm and now I'm 192lbs, I'm getting discouraged, please someone help me.

You can’t lose that much in 3 months and stay healthy. A good healthy sustainable weight loss is a pound or two per week. Expect to take between 20 and 40 weeks to lose that 40lbs.

It sounds like you are trying to exercise, and I assume you are eating a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables, so maybe check your portion size.
